I'm forgotten the password.

    I have Trueimage7.0 Build589.

    Welcome to Wilders and Acronis Formums.

    What password do you mean.

    If mean you have created a Image and password protected it and have forgot the password, well I am sorry to say you can not retrieve it.

    If you mean the password [serial number] for Aronis TrueImage Installation, you will have to email support for help.
