if you run kis7 can you tell me what your settings are..

im just trying to get an idea of what the most recc settings are that everyone is using in kis7. can you post em up.. are you using the hueristics and what level, do you use ichecker and iswift, etc..we may be able to get a nice setup guide for those that use it.

also how do you feel they impact your system at those settings..

unless there is one somewhere i have yet to be able to find it. if so post it up please. thanks in advance.

 

- Firewall: Training mode
- Scan: Maximum (Heuristic Analyzer: Detail)
- Others: Default (including start-up scan enable)

 

so you are not using the heuristics in the anti virus module at all? since by default its turned off?? i set mine to medium and i really dont see much of a performance impact..

yep i saw that just looking for others setup experiences id like to do a thing similar to what blackspear did for nod.. maybe something like that anyway.. thanks sjoeii...i just cant wait for ver 8 soon.. it looks awesome from the screeshots i saw..

 

heristic settings on all modules to max and dont notice a slow down.
start up scan as normal.
webav set to block and not the default prompt.
file av and mail av to the automatic kinda block settings.

 

all settings on all avs should be on 'max', if the protection is there.... USE IT!!



if they slowdown on highest settings, there is clearly a problem with the software.

if some can manage it, ALL can.
