IEHijacker.SearchExe

I am new here so excuse my ignorance but I would really appreciate if someone could help me. My adaware program keeps coming up with something called " IEHijacker.SearchExe ". I delete it using the delete function on adaware but it keeps coming back. What is this " IEHijacker.SearchExe " and why does it keep coming back. Please help.....

follow the instructions on that page, then post a HijackThis log at that site for the experts to analyse. If malware is indeed found they will give u recommendations on removal.
