IE9 browser on fresh start = white screen?

    I've recently noticed that whenever I launch IE9 RC (32-bit) on either a fresh start-up or a reboot......the screen remains WHITE for several seconds before the home page finally loads.

    This ONLY happens the *first* time IE9 is started/launched. It works normal thereafter.

    I never had this issue previously...just noticed it the past week or so.

    Does anyone know what usually causes this? Router settings? 3rd party programs?

    Win 7 x64
    NIS 2011
    WinPatrol Plus
    Ad Muncher

    Motorola SB6120 cable modem
    Cisco E4200 wireless router

    I am noticing the same after I installed SP1 for Windows 7 x64.
