ie tools options

    After disabling the ie homepage settings area with what i thought was my home page using spyware blaster i am now unable to reverse the process help! as I now cannot use any of the tool internet options settings message reads....operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer, please contact your systems administrator.... OS = XP Pro and IE 6.026 :(
