IE home page hijack by greatsearch.biz

Hi,
Do you have any specific advice about removing the greatsearch.biz home
page hijacker?
See below logfile from HijackThis.
Tools I have used:
SpywareBlaster, SpyBot S&D, AdAware, and HijackThis.
None seem able to perform what they promise: to get rid of this
aggresssive home page usurper.
Before I downloaded and ran those tools, I upgraded WinXP and IE with 15 security patches from Microsoft, using MS' service for this.
I have a log of these patches if you need it.

Restart PC afterdoing so in Safe Mode : Here's How and remove :

c:\windows\system32\sncntr.exe <- this file
c:\windows\system32\msdmxm.exe <- this file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\zvvjcktimdwlp.exe <- this file, if still present
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\ <- this folder

Also saerch for this file : system32.dll, most likely here :

c:\windows\system32\system32.dll

rightclick + remove

Clean temp internet files

Restart again in normal mode

Then copy the contents of the quote box to notepad:

hit 'save as'
give it the name 'clear.reg'
under the filename set file types to all files.
save it to the desktop.

After done double click the clear.reg
when asked to merge say yes

Update XP and IE at windowsupdate.com
