    Attached is the screenshot.

When I try to download any archive/zip files I get a different download window than the usual normal yellow download bar that appears at the bottom of IE. For other extensions like .exe I get the usual one.

Is this a new change in IE or prob here?

    Win 7 64
    Latest IE 11
    Up to date windows updates.

I googled a lot but couldn't find any solution.
I tried IE reset but the prob was not solved.
I uninstalled IE 11 & IE was back to IE 8. I checked with windows updates & IE 9, 10 & 11 were available. I reinstalled IE 9, 10 & 11 one by one but the prob was not solved.
I checked with IE with no add-ons & the prob was there.
I checked with both IE 64 & 32 Bits & the prob was there.
chkdsk & sfc /scannow didn't find any problem.

Just tested it on Win 8.1 using IE11 on sumatra pdf site, clicking the exe link shows the bar at bottom of browser window & same when clicking the portable zip link. Maybe a browser addon you are using might be causing it.
