Hi, I have installed prevx 3.5.143. When I remove all protection(there is a black dot in the tray icon) from Prevx and I open up internet explorer at a site that has a log-in box and I try to log -in IE crashes. This only happens when all protection by Prevx has been removed. When protection is removed for 24 or 12 hours there is no crash and I am able to log-in, plus I see the drop down which shows the login names I have used in the past.

I have VISTA with all updates.

Can you hekp me with this?

Yes do as Markus asked as they can use your log for debugging and hopefully be able to fix it at there end if not they will ask for more information! :thumb:

Thank you for the information :) This could potentially be a logic issue with SafeOnline handling disabled protection. Can you please try clicking Configure next to SafeOnline on the front screen of Prevx and then pressing the "on/off" button to turn it off? Then, close all of your browsers and remove protection for Prevx 3.0 as you have done before.

If the browsers still crash when reloaded, please let me know!

    Thanks for the help :)

Thank you :) That does indeed help - you should probably remain running with SafeOnline's protection disabled as well so that your browser works properly. SafeOnline depends on Prevx 3.0 so removing the 3.0 protection needs to disable SafeOnline as well and we will be fixing this shortly.
