    Thanks for that post ronjor. There seems to be a patch to counter it. It is KB917425. However it seems that just installing the patch is not enough. I guess some things need to be done with Active X controls on the web page code itself?

    If anyone happens to know, please chime in.

    Use Firefox, except for sites that "require" IE.

    Not an option, I have to use IE. This is for something at work.
