    Hey guys,
My wife told me tonight that sometimes she tries to access myspace via IE and it gets the message box saying "IE Has encountered a serious problem and must now close...."

I check my event log and this is what I see:

So I see this has something to do with NOD32. I checked and my settings are the same they always have been (Blackspear settings - Max). Nothing under the NOD32 logs either.

Here is my current NOD32 Info:

Any idea what could be causing this and any ideas on a fix?

I do appreciate the help :)

Edit: This problem does not happen while using FireFox, only IE. This seems to be the only site that does it so far. I haven't tested many though.

Can you do me a favor please.

I am looking at my dr. watson log file and it goes all the way back to 02, so would you tell me how you want Dr. Watson configured to capture the necessary data and any additional steps you would like for me to take to make sure it gathers the correct data before I submit it.

    Thank you

Ammm , well , I have had the same problem with IE6 and now it IE7 if my IE is set on Higher efficency.

    Have you tried to :
    - Repair Winsock
    - Reboot
    - Reregister IMON to the system
    - Make sure all applications are on Higher compatibility (including IE7)

Thank you for the reply. I haven't tried the winsock fix, because like I was saying, most every other site works just fine and I never have problems with FireFox. It wouldn't hurt to do a repair though.

What are your suggestions for Re-registering IMON to the system. Any specific steps you recommend.

I'll check the higher compatibility when I get home.

Thanks again for the help. :)

After you reset the Winsock , IMON will be not active . If you open Control Center , you'll see IMON grey so you may want to enable it (then restart the computer) :thumb:
