IDrive Restore Question

Hi All,

I am using IDrive for critical folder / file backup.
They have very little documentation. It is unclear to me how Restore works.

I also have Roll Back Rx. Here is my situation and question.

Suppose I Roll Back my system to a day ago. Now I do not remember what critical files have changed in a day.

I would like to just sync what IDrive has with what I have updating any more recent. Its not clear to me how to do this.

If I have: My Documents > Computer \ several files and folders
My Documents > Money \ several files and folders
Backup up to IDrive,

Can I just select Computer and Money at the folder level and Restore to
My Documents folder on my PC.

Will that leave alone any files that are the same and replace any with a newer version, bringing Computer and Money up to date?
