ICUSURF? Anyone know what this is?

I just ran Webroot's Spy Sweeper it found something it considers a Trojan or Keylogger: ICUSurf. There is some information on the Internet about this, but not much. Has anyone here heard of this software that can keylog and such? How would I have "contracted" this software, and, most importantly, can I permanently delete it without causing harm to my other legitimate software (I've heard that one can screw up legit software by deleting its "spyware"). Spy Sweeper has it quarantined and I have 30 days to decide if I want to permantly delete it.

Any thoughts?
