Oh boy, RFID on steroids. Charming. There would be benefots, for sure. But damn, the downside

 

Microscopic super miniaturized devices. Who knows where this is going and how far.

OMG 1 mm x 1 mm and "The tiny computer costs under ten cents to manufacture and contains up to one million transistors, according to IBM." When I was 10 my Mother saved and bought me a new invention. A transistor radio. It had 7 transistors which was a BFD.

 

Computer implants, and tracking of one for life!
