    I wish I had found this forum sooner...I would never had wasted my money on this garbage program! It's called True Image Home 2009...giving people the impression that it is going to be ok for the typical home user to use. What a joke! You need an advanced skill set to operate this program. It has basically, wrecked my computer! Doesn't work at all!

    I uninstalled it and asked for my money back...so far, no reply from acronis.

    Would be nice to hear how it actually 'wrecked' your computer rather than just ranting and raving.

    Daniel you must be saying this with tongue in cheek!
    "normally resolves every issue" I have been waiting a year for some bugs to be resolved and they are still outstanding.

    I have several helpdesk items which took 2 months to get a response. The response was basially do you still have the problem? Totally useless.

    How do you define "Wrecked"?


    Its an awful bit of software but the basic backup and restore if used from the Acronis Boot Disk works on my hardware.
