I want to swap my system drive

sorry for my english, i will give my best

i've bought a new hdd (120gb, 7200rpm, 8mb) and want to use this drive as my system drive without installing windows new - yust want to copy the old drive to the new one.

my question: whats the best way to do this? which product is the right for me?
