Does anyone know how to get rid of the v9.com . I downloaded apparently and can not get rid of it. When I get on the internet it goes to en.v9.com/ rather than my home page of www.rr.com as I have it setup.

I have tried to use your suggestions and several others, but it seems that nothing works. I am stuck with 2 homepages and one of them is a redirect site. It is a redirect site that takes over you home page and is a redirect site.

If you do not post (following their rules!) and wait for help then there is no help otherwise there is ALWAYS someone going to help you!

Reading the OP's first post, isn't this just a changed home page? Manually go to your old home page and then set it as your new home page.

I deleted Firefox and then via IE downloaded Firefox again and found that I did get rid of the V9!
Wanted to pass this on to everyone and thank those who helped with problem.
