i require assistance

i think my computer is infected with a virus. i'm using someone else's computer to write this.
i'll describe - all of a sudden i got the message that windows explorer has stopped working, then a message appeared saying that windows explorer is restarting. These 2 messages keep going on and on. I couldn't shut down the computer, so i turned off the power and then turned it back on to restart the computer, but once windows starts, these 2 messages begin once again..endlessly
I even tried to restart the computer in safe mode, but still the same problem

what should i do?
