I ran HMP and AdwCleaner and found this stuff. What should i do now.

HMP found this stuff. It wants to delete or ignore it.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\WOW6432Node\AppID\{9CD2C2AE-A4C8-4DFA-863E-609979849E3A}\ ( PUA.Restoro) and AdwCleaner found this and wants to ignore or quarantine it. Any thoughts on this stuff.

I'd just quarantine them. Restoro is a paid system repair app. It sometimes is bundled with other software.
