I need to check if webroot is interfering with my email

    I have just tried to put my encrypted email program zixmail on a new computer with webroot. I can send encrypted email but I cant open them. The company asked me to check if my antivirus program was making them unreadable.

    How do I check? Should I shut it off temporarily? If so .... how.

    on my zx10-r
    right click the w in the taskbar by the clock and select temporarily disable and enter the code it gives you. then test again. when you are ready to re-enable it either click the w on your desktop if you have it there or just restart the system.
