What should I install on my employees computers? I need to protect the safety of my client's information, and want them to have access but want to protect and possibly monitor their computers (not to snoop on personal things but it is a business machine to be used for business to protect my clients data.)

I have sandboxie paid and webroot paid on my computer now. I will buy a windows 8 or 7 machine for 2 employees.

    thanks for your advice.

Just use a DNS like OpenDNS to block shady domains.
