I need some help on this guys

I run a popular Counter Strike 1.6 server, and we have a problem with an old discruntled regular thats trying to attack and break us down by hacking in the server. I have a list of all the ip addresses that connect to the server and all i need is a software to take a txt list of ip's and tell me what country they are from or even better what town the whois goes to. If i can round down to canada i can manually check the ip's, but if i can find that an ip comes from winnipeg thats confirmed a very small list to check.


Does anyone know a software i could do this with ?
