I need help

    my pc is very slow and I'm suspecting it is caused by a virus, but I've scanned it with an anti-virus and the problem still persist.what can I do.
    Also when connect my flash drive it indicates on the machine its visibility. When I load it with files and open it a blank page displays but the properties of the flash drive indicates that the file is on the flash drive and my anti virus can also not detect it.
