I lost a license

    Hi!
    I use True Image Enterprise server 9.1. I have installed 6 licences in the licence server. Then I installed the TI on 5 computer. I can see I have 1 free licence. It's OK. Then I backup a server and restore it on my TEST-server (it was just a test for universal restore). Now there is no any free licence in the licence server! I tryed to delete and reinstall it but it was unsuccessful, because i couldn't reinstall it.
    How can I reuse my lost licence?

    Please submit a request to Acronis Support with the description of the problem and serial numbers assigned to no longer used licenses. The serial numbers can be distinguished by the Host Name and MAC-address shown at the corresponding Acronis License Server fields. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
