    Guys,

    I need a good AV that can run using an EXE file with the Defenition file, that i can run it without installing the AV, i can replace the defention file each time there is an update ...

    it will be great to run it direct from a DOK, it's better if it will not need any internet Access

    Well I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but I think it's the closest thing out there. Dr Web's CureIT (see here)
