I have problem when I install ESET Smart Security 4

    Hi every one

    I have problem when I install ESET Smart Security

    It is give me the Message

    I Try to fix the problem and I searched for the Same problem but I don't find any Solution also I don't have the CD because I order the Product from the ESET Smart Security Website.

    could Please help me with that.

    OoooooFahhhh ! you need to either get the windows installer cleanup utility " google it " and / or go into the registry and find [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer]

    and manually delete all the eset entries, then reboot and try again, then post back here the results.

    it sounds like you had it installed once, then deleted or moved the original location you installed it from, then tried to repair the install or something.If this is the first time your attempting to install it, just cancel the install and follow instructions above.

    Read about it and download from : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

    Run it from your Start menu -> Programs

    Find the ESET NOD32 / ESET Smart Security entrie and remove it using the Microsoft utility.


    Re-download the ESET Smart Security installer file from www.eset.com/download
