I have a problem.the virus can't cleaning.

    o_O hai,,i'm from indonesia,,i have a problem from my office...

    i'm find a virus but it can't cleaning use a NOD32 antivirus

    this a problem

    C:\Windows\Explorer.EXE - a variant of Win32/Virut.NCF virus - unable to clean

    please help me...

    Have you tried booting from a clean media? explorer.exe is a system file that is running from the Windows start and as such cannot be modified. Perhaps you could try making a copy of it, cleaning it and replacing the infected version with the clean one by renaming the infected file first and then renaming the clean version to explorer.exe.
