I can't stop a dialer installation!!!

    I'm using a W98SE operating System and I have a problem.
    Despite using the last update of SpybotS&D o_O + Spyware blaster :) , I can't stop a dialer threat.
    Sometimes after a specific page is opened, an application (activeX?) install some wierd
    software in my Win98SE. A file named javainfo.exe appears under windows\java.
    After a while a dialer software connects me to an unidentified server.
    How I can prevent it? (No problem about get rid of it)
    Can someone help me? Pleeeasee!
