I can't register my Acronis product!

    I just downloaded Acronis Disk Director Suite Free Trial and I already have a serial number, I try to put it where it says register a product but it says: SERIAL NUMBER IS VALID BUT WE CAN'T REGISTER IT RIGHT NOW. I already tryied like 4 days and I still can't register my product, can someone help me?

    If you already had a serial number, then why did you download the trial verson?

    As far as I know, you can't "unlock" the trial version. You have to download the purchased version (which is probably what you're trying to do).

    If you are having problems with your Acronis account, can you log in and will it let you submit a support request asking why the registration won't work?

    Perhaps there is something that needs corrected in your account settings to allow the registration to work or perhaps they're experiencing problems right now (though for four days, that seems unlikely).

    I already send an e-mail to support but they have not answer yet, I downloaded the free trial because i dont like to put my credit card number on the internet i will tell you exactly where i am, go to www.acronis.com then click on support, then log in, then put register a product, you need to put the serial number on there, and it wont work ( unless at my computer ) and it will say: SERIAL NUMBER IS VALID BUT WE CANT REGISTER RIGHT NOW, I need help because I need this programs ( Acronis disk director suit ) to make a partition.

    If you've already sent an email and have not received a response, then you may want to send a Private Message to Acronis Support from the forum.

    Find a post by Acronis Support (most are in the True Image Forum) and then click on the little blue checkmark box and pick the option from the menu.

    I sent an email to support and they answered me but they say that the serial key is invalid but in my computer it says tht is valid

    Where did you purchase the software?

    If you have a valid receipt and proof of purchase (showing the key) then you should be able to get support to issue you another key if that's the problem (at least I would hope they would).

    Remember to black out or erase you Serial Number or any other private information before posting it.
