I can't download updates for SpywareGuard

    I just downloaded and installed SpywareGuard. It appears to have installed alright and seems to be working properly, but I cannot download the updates. I get:

    There was an error downloading updates/The last working definitions have been loaded from backups

    Any ideas? Any and all assistance would be appreciated.
