I cannot image over a lan...

I am using a computer that is running acronis TI 8 build 928 enterprise server and management console to pull an image off another computer that is connected to my lan (this computer has the TI agent installed).

both computers can see each other fine.

however, i cannot create an image this way. i can only image locally. when i attempt to image a remote computer (the one on my lan) i get errors. check out the picture i attached. i have all firewalls turned off. ips defined statically and dynamically. i can ping both computers from each other. i can log into the remote fine via the management console.
