    Hello my ESET Friends
I´m using spysweeper on my computer, but I think that Webroot is not a healthy company anymore. Why ? Casue I send them an E-mail but they didn´t respond. So I decided to change my antispyware program. Which Antisypware do you recommended ? I think about spyware Terminator. What about you ?
    Thanks for your answers.

Malwarebytes or Superantispyware is the only ones I care about.

I agree. I also have Emsisoft Emergency Kit but rarely use it.

    mbam and superantispyware.
both provide free on demand versions and one scanner cannot detect everything so why not use both?

    MBAM, SAS...

Well, what does count as spyware these days anyway? Everything beyond viruses/rootkits - i.e. that regular AVs suck at removal of? o_O

SAS or MBAM on demand would be just fine.
I have MBAM pro but i just run on demand scans now and then. Anyway i believe it is not that important to have an on access Antispyware scanner .

Another vote for MBAM (MalwareBytes), I would never leave a computer without installing it first.

Malwarebytes' has very effective on-demand and real-time protection. The paid version even includes Website (IP) Blocking.

Too bad Webroot didn,t contact you. I,m using CounterSpy right now and I can say "I,m happy with them" so you can try CS if you want :D I heard S&D making new version of their AS program S&D ver 3.

    Try these AS programs:

    -Counterspy
    -SpywareTerminator
    -SuperAntispyware.

I'm currently using Nod32 AV with SuperAntiSpyware Pro in realtime. I also have the paid version of MBAM which updates every hour, set to do a silent flash scan daily. I've used this setup for years and never en-counted problems. So, like many other users here, I suggest either BMAM, SAS or both.

I also use MBAN and SAS. While no malware is ever found on my own computer, I have friends who have used top AVs, but got infected by rogues. Evidently AVs do not do a good job of detection of rogues.

In both cases one quick scan with MBAM found and removed the rogue. I would not be without MBAM. I use it real time.

    Regards,
    Jerry

    "Antispyware" is so old-fashioned nowadays! :D :D :D

Anyway, MBAM for sure is a very nice choice.

SAS IMHO is not. In my experience, if you scan with MBAM first then SAS never finds anything (except cookies which are hardly a threat).

why turn a positive about MBAM in to a negative about SAS?
I use hitman pro, mbam and SAS when cleaning computers. which ever one you run first will pretty much detect everything.
I do hope both SAS And MBAM will implement incremental updates soon.

the advantage of SAS Over mbam is that it has a portable version and has more repairs.

    Thanks to everyone
I will take Counter Spy. Cause my cousin bought that program and he got an another serial key for free. And he decided to give me that key, until my Spysweeper will expire.
One time again Thanks to all you guys
    I love you:blink: Best fromSlovenia
