After the major fupa with avast! today
I am back to NOD32 Version Four AV only,
I have it all set-up and running smooth!

In task schedular there is a bunch of task and I actually would like all of
it I would gone, but seems that is nearly impossile
so I only I think two items just to keep from turning to a red icon
is it possble to adjust some where so nothing is in that section?
thanks and hope it makes sense.

It's not a good idea to disable all pre-configured scheduled tasks:
1, the automatic update tasks ensure that you receive update on a regular basis and thus keep you protected against newly born threats
2, the startup scan tasks keep you protected against malware that is run automatically on system startup or is already loaded by running processes. This way malware can be detected and cleaned immediately after the update.

Disable system updates (if I understand your question correctly) via the following ESET KB article

Check out this KB article for instructions how to disable notifications about missing Windows updates.
Edit: siljaline beat me to it :)
