Http tray pop-up

Hi all, I installed nod32 beta because of the previous version incompatibility with emule. But know, this quite annoying nod32 tray pop (vide picture, please) keeps showing up. I've read the http faq and most of this forum threads, but couldn't find where to disable it, or if its possible. First, I disabled the "automatically display the download progress of larger files", this hides the gray pop-up above tray, but not the one from the pic. Even disabling the http doesn't work, since it keeps pop-ups for some programs and pop3 checking. Help, anyone ?
