HP Envy, no partitions found

    Hello,
    I have an HP Envy w/Win 7 64. I would like to image the main partition. When I run the Paragon Backup & Recovery trial it says it can not find any partitions to back up. Is this a common problem with HP software and can I correct it so I may use the Paragon software?

    Haven't come across that issue.

    Might be due to the limitataions of the trial version.

    Did you try Backup &Recovery free edition - see if that works for you.
