    Hello all,

to better handle your notifications of false positives or undetected new malicious softwares, we ask you to follow all the step listed below:

    • If you think that Prevx is wrongly detecting a file (false positive), please do a system scan by clicking "Scan Now" on the front screen of Prevx 3.0 and then save the scan log by clicking on Tools - Save Scan Results. Then, please send the scan log by e-mail at explaining the problem

    • If you think that Prevx is not detecting a new malicious software, please pack the undetected file in a password protected RAR or 7z archive and use this password: 'infected' (without quotes)
Note: ZIP archives will be rejected by the mail server

    Thank you for your support,

Please anyone that has any False Postives please send a Prevx scan log as stated in the post above only and not in the forums as none of the Prevx Malware Engineers visit the forum so this is the fastest way to get them corrected if they are truly FP's! The forums are for Product Support only Thank You!

    Best Regards,
