Oh and for extensions i have noscript and adblock plus/adblock auto update and cookie safe. How is my protection? Is it overkillo_O

I'm going to take the opposite tack and say yes it is overkill. I'd ditch the Spybot and Adaware. You have what they do well covered with the other stuff.

And even better covered with Ad-Aware and Spybot present for the occasional scan. There's no 100% overlap with the other progs so overkill it isn't. Not to mention that they don't eat up resources and don't do any harm.

    Hey Cheater,

Just make sure you get confirmation of a suspect file before you delete it. Put it in the program's quarrantine. Then if it is a false positive and one of your good programs doesn't work anymore, you can still confirm the file is clean with other sources and recover it from quarrantine. I'd probably go with only one realtime anti-spyware. All the on-demand scanners are fine as they won't use up RAM resources or cause conflicts while not running. If you are going to actually use them all. :D

Hi,folks: Yes, you can have as many as you wish, and it wont be an over-kill ONLY if you keep only one real time scanner for each catagory of app (such as firewall,AV,AT,AS,HIPS etc), I can see you have two real time scanner within AS area, namely spyware ternimator and Window defender. You need to drop one. You may have many on demand scanner ,if you wish. But please utilize common sense to deal with potential F.P. Do not let this fanfare ruin your O/S. Within the limit, go ahead to maximize your power!

Hi,folks: The final call is yours. I would search this forum for related info, listen what other viewers have said about spyware terminator and window defender. Then your decision wont be too uneasy. Good luck.
