The key foundation of this attempt to attack the so-called "deep-state" by disparaging the analysis of The CIA, NSA, DIA and others is based on the following question:

Could a hacker have transferred/uploaded 1,976 MegaBytes of data in 87 seconds. The debunkers claim that speed is much faster than what is physically possible with a hack. They, Ray McGovern and his Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity which has its own agenda, claims that such a transfer could only have been directly onto an external storage device.

There is more than enough objective expertise among Wilders members to intelligently assess this claim.

Obviously, a component of such analysis is the grade of the internet connection(s) used by The DNC -- not aware of that having been publicly disclosed so any analysis offered here would necessarliy have to make certain assumptions about that.

I calculate that to be an upload speed of 154Mbps which is much faster than consumer internet but we don't know what kind of internet connection the DNC has.
