How update Macro OpenOffice 3.2

    I have never attempted this and therefore am lost.
    For instance here Page 4 the leaderboard-mar-2011.xls http://www.sharechat.co.za/index.php/fa/4801/ (this link is a direct download of the xls)

    It's to update stock prices in a competition.

    Is it at all possible with OpenOffice 3.2 ?
