How to update the program within Business Edition

    We are running the business edition of NOD with most stations still on V4. I would like to update this to V6 but ideally testing it for individual stations first. How would I best do this. Clicking the update button on the pc only updates the definitions. Do I use the console for this and if so, how? Or do I just download the latest version and install it?

    Throughout the USA and Canada
    business version is not at v6 - you can push out an upgrade from v4 to latest as a package if you are using the remote administrator - lookup "push installation" in the knowledgebase - you might want to ensure you have the latest RA version first.
