I want to remove ESET SS4 because I want install another antivirus suite.
During the installation of the new suite the process stops because it still detects ESET on my pc.

To remove ESET SS4 I've followed these steps:

    http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2116

After reeboting the installation process stops again, so I decide to use ESETUninstaller.exe in safe mode... without success :|

    This is the log:

    [01/03/11 00:11:18] esetuninstaller 4.0.14.0
    [01/03/11 00:11:18] Input arguments: /reinst
[01/03/11 00:11:18] Online (PC booted from fixed disk) mode detected.

Please keep in mind that as soon as this application is finished your network connection can be down and you will have to restart your PC.
Are you really sure to continue? (y/n): y

    [01/03/11 00:11:19] Common programs folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

ESETUninstaller.exe seems to crash and ESET is still detected by new AV suite.

How I can ERADICATE manually ESET stuff ?

On the Upgrade to 4.2.58.3 I had to allow ESET Sppt to Dnload an App that gave them a look at my computer and we did some Registry Deletes, and looked at Device Mgr data + the Explorer Deletes + stuff I've forgotten. The Uninstaller had said "Successful" but didn't fix my issue either.

    Call them if all fails. (866) 343-3738 ....1 Sales/2 Sppt Or 1-619-876-5400
