How to unblock an IP adress

    Although I have added an IP adress to the allowed adresses list in http adress
    management I have to disable NOD32 everytime I connect to the site..
    Any clue ?

    Maybe the IP's blacklisted in the engine? This would be the case if you're getting a warning in a red bubble. If the bubble is yelllow, the IP address is in your custom address blacklist.

    I don't get any bubble at all.
    Just does not connect.

    Check the custom blacklist in the Address management window under HTTP setup. If there are any addresses in the blacklist, remove them.
