    Hello,

I have grow tired of NOD32 doing startup scans every time I reboot the PC. It take 5 plus minutes as is scans 15,000 plus files and makes my box almost unusable.

I have unchecked the schedule startup scans in "Tools/Scheduler" but still the scans keep happening. How do I stop them? Can they be stop? To me the scan server no useful purpose (at least in my opinion).

    ~Thanks for you help,

    Hello,

Thanks but if I read the information in the box correctly, it refers the user to the scheduler which is where I have unchecked the items that deal with startup scans. However, even with the items unchecked, it still run the scan. So either I missed something (very possible) or there is some other check box I cannot find?

    Thanks for your help,
    dyslextic
