How to send my file?

I dunno how to sent my log to that website.Can someone teach me?

 

If you've been instructed to upload your log file to that location by Eset, you'll need to use an FTP client, rather than your web browser.

There are loads of free FTP clients, Core FTP is a decent one.

 

I download already but i dunno how to use...I never use this software

I'd suggest that you follow these instructions when submitting files. Upload files to ESET's ftp server only if you were instructed so by an ESET personnel who would subsequently download it from there and check it out.

 

hahaha marcos,is u who ask me to send^^I just wan to send sysinpector log file coz my update and firewall module cant update...

 

My fault, I forgot. You can try using Filezilla to connect to our ftp server and upload the desired file.

 

ok i already sent my file log already so pls review and give me know the result^^ Also in my ESET SS 4.2,i got 4 icon that write (Antivirus Protection, Antispyware Protection,Personel Firewall and Antispam Protecyion).It is normal coz my previous one only got 3 icon only.
