    hi,

    Controversial debate...is it only to ISPs to support the cost of the internet or is it also to "serial bandwitch hijackers" like Youtube, Megaupload and co?

    Before the release of this tool, anyone can test his ISP discrimination with MLAB tests (especially Glasnost and ShaperProbe traffic shaping tests):
