why not exclude the keylogger? if I know a security app like av or as and it wouldn't flag a keylogger, I wouldn't use it.

I would take a good av and just exclude the keylogger.

Nadirah, this is the second time you post without thinking. o_O

what is your problem, keyloggers are not by default malware, the guy just needs information.

all companies/corporates are using them, home users are using them (more then you think)

it is a valable question that needs a valable answer.

Well..to be honest...the only reason I would like something like this is to make sure, that my kids are safe and not chat with some cyber-scum-predator.

Most parents know what I mean...right?

So..as much as I hate the idea of "spying"..keyloggers or anything similar for that matter would only be used by me as a security measure, and nothing more.

Yes, there are keyloggers out there you truly want to avoid.
Others are a blessing to have.

The problem is finding one that doesn't cost a fortune.
Most parental programs cost so much , it's unbelievable.

They develop FREE ware for anything else...why not something to help our children.
Hey..I know what you think. But...especially with teenagers, you cannot be there behind their shoulders every second of the time they're on the computer chatting...!

I would not use something like this to spy....but some people have a valid reason to do so...and we all know what those could be.

That would be very much appreciated. I've been looking for months and months. Cannot find anything I can trust (spyware, etc...*wink* ) or the cost.

Actually It would would be perfect if this prog. had something like accidential private info blocking. But that would be probably asking for too much...

Keyloggers for me are only there to check no Stranger is messing with my 'babies' !!!

Yes, please something that is safe to use and not mess up our puter, but at the same time being able to protect the kiddies.

I sure hope you or someone will find something good. I've been looking for ages as I already mentioned.

And, I'm sure I'm not the only parent/person who would be interested in something like this.

    You are an angel Mr.P ! :)
