    Hi,

Last year I tried NIS 07 on one of my office computer than I uninstalled it.

But now I want to try NIS 08, but during installation, it is saying that your trial period is expired.

How can I install trial of NIS 08 again ?

You have to delete all folders and registry strings of earlier versions first. Be careful if you haven't been in registry editor before. It's an good suite though, easy on your system. :)

Another approach might be to contact Symantec, explain the situation to them, and see what they do.

    Peter,

i know some AV companies frown upon OEM licences, even though they have them.

50/50 whether you get a nice reply, or a sarcastic one.

I would hope they might be willing to extend another trial for the new version. If they didn't that would be my clue to not bother. I had the same issue with Defense Wall, and Ilya responded positively immediately. I would hope other vendors would also.
