Wanted to know if anyone knows how to hide the F11 prompt an still have the ability to restore images from the secure partition without using another bootable device to load TI?

In other words, we want the ability to use the F11 to restore an image from the hard drive without having to use a bootable diskette/CD etc.; but do not want the users using the PC to see that bootup F11 prompt to protect against some user looking around in TI an possible messing it up.

I know that you can disable the F11 prompt, but then you have to use another bootable device to load TI--do not want to do this.

    Hello Rob-H,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis System Backup Software.

We regret to inform you that it is impossible to hide the "Press F11..." prompt if you have Acronis Startup Recovery Manager activated. We will implement this option in future versions of Acronis True Image.

    Thank you.

We have the start up recovery manager activated, and the F11 prompt does NOT appear. Want to switch with us?
