How to get a refund?

    smith2006,

    Curious as to how your refund request went. Myself, I requested one and got insulted with a canned letter avoiding the isssue. Others haven't even recieved that. This product is crap, and it appears the authors could care less.

    Call your credit card company and tell them you wish to initiate a charge back. And then join me in notifiying the BBB, and any website that even remotely gives this crap a positive rating.
