How to Exclude Alexa toolbar From Nod32 ???

    i want to keep alexa,,, but Nod32 wont let it work and delete it immediately

    how can i make nod32 leave alexa toolbar?? :D

    You don't need this so you'd better delete it . Anyway , AMON has exclusions list , open Control Center -> Setup -> "Exclusions" tab

    i need it for some reasons

    i tried what u mentioned before but it have my files and nod32 keeps deleting it even if i exclude it form the control panel

    any one can help with this please o_O?

    If you scan it with the on-demand scanner , you cannot exclude it . Have you tried the following : Exclude the file or folder where it is located , permanently and all subfolders (if you exclude a folder) ?

    Otherwise , open AMON -> Setup -> "Options" tab and uncheck Pottentially unwanted and pottentially unsafe programs .Don't forget to enable the detection again after you finish with your tests .

    thanks man for the help....
    BUT ... it dosnt have a folder ,, it installs its files in system32 (inside windows folder)
    (((and i cant exclude the whole folder lol :D )))

    tried all of what said but nod32 still DELETE it immedietly

    If people knew the reasons you want to keep it. They may be able to siggest an alternative product that NOD doesn't object to.

    Is your copy of NOD32 set to detect Potentially Unsafe Applications?
