How to delete infected files?

    Hi I have the following results from Symantec Security Response scan:

    C:\WINDOWS\zR01A2.exe is infected with W32.Gobot.A
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\csmss.exe is infected with W32.Dedler.Worm
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\register.sys is infected with Trojan.MircAbuser
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\SYSTEM.EXE is infected with Trojan.MircAbuser
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts is infected with Trojan.Qhosts
    C:\WINDOWS\system\csrss.exe is infected with Trojan.Boxed.A
    C:\Documents and Settings\PLATO\ÅðéöÜíåéá åñãáóßáò\mp3\!ReadMe.exe is infected with W32.Gobot.A

    C:\Documents and Settings\lethal-gr\Local Settings\Temp\msinstl.exe is infected with Trojan Horse

    D:\games\!ReadMe.exe is infected with W32.Gobot.A

    How can i remove them because they dont let me install Norton Antivirus,is there any other program?
